I have been going to this office for more than two years. I have always had wonderful experiences with the personnel. I can’t say enough about Dr. Diane Ehrbar. She is so kind, patient, and her demeanor and tone of voice just put you at ease! Sally the secretary has always been so friendly and personable. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you for providing such a clean and pleasant space that lends itself for wanting to continue to choose your practice of dentistry. S. B

It is always a great time coming for my dental visits with Dr. E! Dr. E is always kind, professional and full of blessed energy. Wendy is awesome too. From the moment the wonderful receptionist greets you with her smile you are on your way to awesome dental care. I just found out Dr. E is not in my insurance network and I will have to pay the out-of-network price. I am considering paying the extra price for this wonderful dental family. I can not find to leave new comments, I just want to say thank you for your honesty to the whole dentist officer your also very professional and courteous I still love coming to this day it's the first real dentist I have ever had thank you thank you all for all that you do thank you.....I absolutely love my new dentist all the staff is very professional and very courteous and gave me the knowledge of what tooth needed done I was very impressed I got to see film of my teeth that was great

This has to be the best dental office I have ever visited. We recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. After some research, I decided to give this office a try. I will start by saying I have extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist, but Molly and Dr. Ehrbar were nothing short of amazing. Extremely patient and so friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had a lot of work done in the past so I was a little anxious. Dr. Ehrbar made me feel at ease. I truly have never experienced such a compassionate dental office. I’m so thankful to have found them.

Place is clean, our family has been coming here for last 25 years. Our whole family goes here. When Dr Herring retired we were concerned but after meeting Dr McKibben we are gaining the trust that we had with Dr Herring. Dr McKibben so far has been nice, he listens and he seems to care about his patients. Staff were nice as well.

Excellent experience at Mckibben Dental. My husband was seen for a toothache, and he was treated with patience, kindness and respect. Every treatment option was discussed with him. Dr. Mckibben and his assistant, Britt, worked together brilliantly to alleviate his pain and discomfort. We are now both on a new path to overall dental health. My husband is feeling great again. We highly recommend Mckibben Dental. You can be completely confident in setting up an appointment with them. Word of advice: this office is a gem. Call them and get established as a patient. A very big thanks to Mckibben Dental.

Had a great cleaning on Monday. They found a bad filling got me back in on Thursday to replace it. Dr. Diane Ehrbar did a great job with Brittany assisting easy and efficient very professional. The whole experience from checking in to checking out, was very very professional, very friendly, and very pleasant

Dr. McKibben and his team are absolutely wonderful. I have had a history of cavities my entire adult life and have been doing everything I'm told to prevent them, to no avail. Dr. McKibben was the first dentist to decide to try something new and really listened to my concerns. He was also able to see me on short notice when I was having some unusual issues following an otherwise routine filling. The entire office is very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg area.

Love this practice! Everyone, even the receptionist, works as a team and is extremely customer focused. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. Dr. Ehrbar is the best, a well! I drive 45 minutes one way to come to this practice, that's how highly I think of this team.

Excellent care. Called the office and advised I was having issues with a tooth and they were able to get me in that day and do procedure to take care of it! Dr. McKibben did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and Brittany did an excellent job with finishing touches. Great teamwork! Great service!

I’ve been going to Hering dental for about a year now. This practice is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dr Hering is wonderful. Kind, caring and makes me feel relaxed during every visit. Brittany is amazing too, her dental assistant. Both of them do an amazing job. They both make me feel at ease during every visit I’ve had. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists especially from my childhood. Hering dental is a wonderful place. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you to all the staff.

Hands down, best medical experience I've ever had, let alone dentist visit. The receptionist was super nice, Wendy did a great job of making me feel my oral health was important and taken care of and Dr. Hering managed to keep me calm and relaxed during an hour long procedure I was terrified to even have done. I didn't feel a thing and I got over a lot of anxiety simply by her clearly explaining what she was doing. Amazing visit, I'm even looking forward to my next one

I was recommended to them by a family friend. I have been prone to having a lot of bad luck when it comes to teeth. I’ve been known to get a lot of cavities and don’t have insurance so I was very hesitant to come. They were upfront with pricing, very friendly and it was a very pleasant appointment. I was able to get 4 cavities filled and they explained everything in great detail. I absolutely ADORE this practice and will be coming for all future appointments. If you are questioning making an appointment , please do! They are such an amazing staff and practice.

My fear and anxiety about dental work kept me from going to the dentist for many years. But when a problem arose, I called Hering Dental (for the first time). From Sarah, who answered the phone and got me right in for an appointment, to Angie taking the fastest x-rays, to Dr. Richards treating me with the most gentle hands and great conversation; I couldn't have had a better experience. Each and every one of them made me feel comfortable despite my fears. Having dental work isn't the most pleasant experience, but having such kind treatment made it doable for me. I'm so grateful to have found Hering Dental!
