Always a great experience with the team at Mckibben Dental. They work with my unusual schedule, are efficient in-office, and have always gone above and beyond to explain any issues with my dental health. I've also had only the best experience with other professionals they've referred me to for specialized procedures. As a bonus, this is the only dental office I've ever been to where no additional (and unnecessary) costs were pushed. Can't speak highly enough!

Always a quick smooth transition from cleaning to the doctor’s check, which is important. Some dentist offices overbook and the patient in for a cleaning has to wait over an hour for the dentist to do the final check of the patient. I appreciate that this office values the patient’s time as much as the dentist’s time because it shows that they respect their patients. Cleaning went great as well. I shared my personal downfall with flossing regularly with the hygienist and she suggested some ideas to help me overcome my dental flossing neglect and she helped me understand how extremely important this is in my personal situation without being preachy or judgmental. This office has great professionals and they’re very personable.

I am proof positive that a very good dentist (i.e., Dr. Erbar) is able to give a novocaine shot without numbing the tongue. I was so relaxed during the procedure because I could feel my tongue to swallow. Very important to an anxious patient.

Update on 3/10/26. Just had a temporary crown installed and I asked for "painless" numbing. I am petrified of needles! This dental doctor delivered absolutely painless shot. I declare that Dr. McKibben should be appointed a National Treasure for cowardly patients!
My crown was seated and it fits like a dream. There is a wonderful atmosphere of professional comradery in this dental office, which assures the more skittish patients, like me. These people are really great!
