Excellent care. Called the office and advised I was having issues with a tooth and they were able to get me in that day and do procedure to take care of it! Dr. McKibben did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and Brittany did an excellent job with finishing touches. Great teamwork! Great service!

I really appreciated how both Freida and Dr.Ehrbar made sure I understood the current status and the steps needed to address my issues. Freida provided so much information and helped me understand what she was seeing during the exam. Both made me feel confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan. Best dental appointment ever. And I've had many, I'm old.

Normally, I am deadly afraid of dentists, but not this one. Sweet, easy going, down to earth man. I trust him completely! Also, lovely ladies in the practice. Update on 3/10/26. Just had a temporary crown installed and I asked for "painless" numbing. I am petrified of needles! This dental doctor delivered absolutely painless shot. I declare that Dr. McKibben should be appointed a National Treasure for cowardly patients! My crown was seated and it fits like a dream. There is a wonderful atmosphere of professional comradery in this dental office, which assures the more skittish patients, like me. These people are really great!

Both my husband and me saw Dr Ehrbar for our dental checkup. We greatly appreciated her kindness and her pleasant attitude about giving us excellent dental care. I admit I present her with a real challenge and she works to come up with the best solution. Each dental hygienist that worked on us made us comfortable and did a thorough job to protect our dental health. We are glad to be cared for by this practice.

Place is clean, our family has been coming here for last 25 years. Our whole family goes here. When Dr Herring retired we were concerned but after meeting Dr McKibben we are gaining the trust that we had with Dr Herring. Dr McKibben so far has been nice, he listens and he seems to care about his patients. Staff were nice as well. I have been going here for many years. Latest being 03/09/2026. Service is excellent and hygienist are professional and friendly. Doctor is excellent. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. Keep up the good work

Had a great cleaning on Monday. They found a bad filling got me back in on Thursday to replace it. Dr. Diane Ehrbar did a great job with Brittany assisting easy and efficient very professional. The whole experience from checking in to checking out, was very very professional, very friendly, and very pleasant

I was there to have my teeth cleaning and after that Doctor Eharbar took extra time to fix a few problems that were bothering me. I really appreciate that I didn’t have to wait to come back another day. She is so kind and always explains everything before she does anything 👍ALL of the staff are amazing… and so friendly ❣️

First I want to thank each and every one of the staff! I felt so comfortable walking in for the first time and not knowing anyone. I was greeted by everyone with such a great smile and respect. No one judged me with my issues and I felt as if I could trust everyone from the start. I left feeling confident with the results and the treatments that we spoke about. I cannot recommend this office enough, specifically because of their incredible dental hygienists. They combine expert clinical skill with a level of genuine kindness that immediately puts you at ease, even if you’re usually nervous about dental visits. My cleaning was thorough, gentle, and the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had in a dentist’s chair!

Dr Mckibben is the best dentist I ever had!!!He came up with a plan to avoid further decay due to how challenging my 3rd molars are to reach naturally.I’m still undergoing treatment and it’s unfolding nicely!I’m very happy I found his practice!The ladies at the desk are a delight and they never fail to communicate, and they always provide the best answers to my questions

Dr. McKibbin willingly went into after hours on a Friday evening to take care of my dental emergency. He was very patient and explained exactly what needed to be done to take care of my problem, and then treated me in a very efficient, kind and gentle manner. I highly recommend him as a first-rate dentist. I'm not even from Ohio, but if I lived in this area, he would be my dentist.

Wonderful little place full of caring staff. It was my first visit, I have really terrible teeth and was treated like a normal person. I needed care beyond what they could offer that day and Dr Ehrbar and her dental assistant did some serious telephone work right there with me to get me an appointment as quickly as possible. I will be returning for any further dental health needs.

I was lucky enough to come across this amazing place. I needed teeth pulled right away and the ladies took care of me and helped me in more ways than they may even realize. The price was very affordable and the experience was very relaxing, fast and educational. Thank you all so much for helping this desperate woman out today.

This was such a great first experience at Dr. McKibben’s! I called with an emergency (my bridge came off—placed by a different dentist), and even though I wasn’t their patient (yet), they got me right in! The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh everything smelled. Everyone was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The receptionist was professional and wonderfully patient with me, which I appreciated right away. She was basically awesome. Dr. McKibben and his assistant (I’m so sorry—I’m terrible with names!) were both incredibly friendly and personable. They were respectful of my time and made me feel right at home, with great personalities and a nice sense of humor. I tend to get a bit nervous at the dentist, but they were patient and made sure I understood everything that was happening while explaining all my options. Dr. McKibben listened to my concerns and to what my end goal was. I felt heard, which is really important to me. I also loved how Dr. McKibben openly thinks things through and considers the long-term results and possibilities. He did some fancy work, and voilà—my bridge feels stronger than ever! It’s clear he loves what he does and takes real pride in his work. Honestly, it was just a lovely experience—and who says that about going to the dentist? I do now. 😁
